About Bonnie
Bonnie Hendon is a Certified Fitness Professional who works with a wide variety of clients to help them achieve their healthiest and happiest life possible through safe, effective exercise programming and proper nutrition education. Bonnie considers her greatest accomplishment to be guiding her own father’s post-chemotherapy treatment and stroke rehabilitation. With her focus on customized training and nutrition he was not only able to learn to walk again, but to live a healthy, active and productive lifestyle for many years afterward.
She works with clients locally and nationwide to help them reach their goals from weight loss and body recompositioning, post-rehabilitative strengthening, or establishing a healthy lifestyle through sustainable methods. Bonnie holds certifications from NASM and Baylor Sports Medicine, with specialty certifications in MMA Conditioning, Golf Specific Training, and Behavioral Change. She has worked in the medical field alongside some of the top orthopedic surgeons and rehabilitative specialists in the country, though returned to fitness as her true passion to help others find their own path to a healthy lifestyle. Bonnie holds a Bachelors of Science in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics from Texas A&M University.
When not in the gym, Bonnie enjoys working on cars and trucks, as well as volunteering with local dog rescue organizations through fundraising and fostering animals in need. She has four rescue dogs: Otto, Princess, Roscoe and Bentley.
