About Stephanie

Stephanie began her career in fitness as a personal trainer and competitive cheer and tumbling coach in 2007 after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Kinesiology. She is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and values the meaningful relationships she builds with her clients. In 2013, Stephanie was diagnosed with MALT Lymphoma and Sjögren’s Syndrome - amidst prepping for a fitness competition.

She knows first-hand the positive impact fitness can have in facing the challenges life presents and that goals may still be achieved though obstacles seem to be in the way. Stephanie is blessed to be a wife, and mother to two boys, and enjoys spending time with her family outside the gym.
